Order Process
To protect your information and ensure efficient order handling, we do not accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed online:
- Select the product you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.
- Log in to your account or create a new account.
- Enter or confirm your shipping and payment details.
- Complete your order.
Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET/CEST, Amsterdam time) are processed the same business day, Monday through Friday.
Total estimated delivery time: approximately 5–12 business days.
Shipping and Tracking
Your order will be shipped through our trusted delivery partners, carefully selected to provide a fast and secure service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online.
Important Address Information
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In such cases, the order will be fully refunded without additional charges. A new order must be placed if you would like the item shipped again.
Changing Your Address After Placing an Order
Would you like to change your delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@harlowandmason.com.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to make changes.
